I swear, I am not a Gisou ambassador! I am not affiliated either.  I mean, I wish I was. Gisou, see me girl! Their products are so good. While I was on a Gisou kick, I picked up this amazing leave in conditioner too. Did not expect much from it. But after trying it, I am obsessed.   I don’t dye my hair but my hair looked dull and unhealthy. It is a frizzy mess 99% of the time as I barely have time to style it. Being a busy mom of two makes it extra hard to take care of my hair properly. Otherwise, who doesn’t want a beautiful nice, looking hair. I needed a product that would define my curls, and reduce the frizz while nourishing my hair. I wanted something that I can apply to my hair and forget about it. I needed a product that made my hair look good without me lifting a finger and did my taxes. Ok, maybe not my taxes, my accountant does it for me. I wanted that effortless chic look that we see on magazines when celebrities step out of their house.  Finally, I found the exact product I was looking for. This leave in conditioner is lightweight and multipurpose. This conditioner hydrates, softens and conditions the hair. It also tames frizz and helps to improve hair strength and shine. Main ingredients of this conditioner are honey, Baobab Extract, Argan Oil and Panthenol.

My Experience

This leave in conditioner comes in a spray form which I find it very convenient and easy to use. I truthfully hate applying products using my hand as it takes longer time to apply and it gets messy. As a busy mom of two, I prefer convenient products and this is definitely one of them.  Having a product in spray form sure helps it spread the product evenly. I quickly spray this leave in conditioner after shower and I am done. Nice and easy. Because who has time hours to style it anyway.

I love the smell of this product. It has a clean, sweet and refreshing hair smell which I absolutely adore. The smell lingers on for a very long time. My hair smells beautiful. This could also be used as a hair perfume. Literally, smells like heaven.

You can apply it when your hair is damp or dry. For me, I mostly apply it when it is damp. Even if you apply this conditioner when your hair is dry, your hair doesn’t look greasy. It applies beautifully. You still get that subtle shine of healthy-looking hair.  

Now let’s talk about this product. I usually apply after shower and I let my hair air dry as I barely have time for styling. I have a curly, frizzy and unmanageable hair. I usually do not comb my hair when its dry because my hair looks like I just got electrocuted. This product truly transformed my hair. I use this hair as a detangler. It makes it easier for me to comb my hair. It takes the frizz away and helps define my curls. My curls are bouncy, healthy looking and the overall frizz is completely gone. In one of those very rare occasions, I straightened my hair and I used this product. Results were absolutely amazing.  It literally made my hair look absolutely perfect. It took all the frizz away and gave a nice shine without looking greasy.

Overall, I have been using this product past 2 months. stand my hair literally transformed for the better. Before I started using this leave in conditioner, my hair was dull and brittle.  During the summer my hair got really damaged. I had split ends and my hair looked dull period my hair was also very brittle and even with straightening it did not look very good. After I started to use this product, my hair started to change. It started to feel softer and looked shinier. And even I washed away the product, my hair stayed shiny. I love how this amazing product literally transformed my hair.

This is just more than a leave-in conditioner. This the only product you need. It is easy to apply and very convenient. You can use it for multiple purposes. Thanks to this leave in conditioner, I don't need to buy anything else. This product is detangler, a, hair treatment and a product for frizz- control. I have tried hundreds of products until now but this one is the best product I have tried. I have always loved multipurpose products and this one definitely fits the bill.

The ingredients of this product are extremely nourishing. It's a very nutrient dense product that gives enough love and care to your hair that it needs especially during this winter months. I love how they focus on honey as the main ingredient as it is well known that honey is a great ingredient to have in your skincare and hair care.  Honey is packed with vitamins, amino acids and antioxidants. It also has Baobab extract and argan oil which these two ingredients are absolutely so nutritious to hair as they strengthen and nourish. If you have a damaged hair, you need this. It repairs and strengthens your hair like no other.

The $34 price tag is completely worth it. I believe in investing in good quality products instead of buying tens that doesn't work. This leave in conditioner has proved itself to be extremely useful and effective. I am a busy mom of two, I would love a product that that is effective and multi-purpose. On another note, I had so much fun shooting this product, as it was so much fun with playing with honey.

Finally, now, my hair looks so much better even though I only spend minutes styling it. Applying to a damp hair and letting it air dry, helped me define my curls and control my frizz. My hair looks much shinier. My hair is softer and less brittle now. Dream come true for me.
